1. What is Blush Crate?

Blush Crate is a online store that sells gift boxes. Blush Crate offers TWO OPTIONS  for purchase:

Best-value if you SUBSCRIBE starting at $29.95 each month a crate will be shipped directly to you! A member can easily cancel at anytime. 

2.When we will I be charged (SUBSCRIPTION ONLY)?   

When you place your subscription order with Blush Crate, your card will be charged immediately for your first subscription package and then rebilled on the 15th of the month moving forward. All subscriptions auto-renew.   

3. When can I expect my first package (SUBSCRIPTION ONLY)?    

If you signup on or before the 15th of that month, you'll get your first package that month. If you signup after the 15th, your first package will be shipped out the following month.   

4. When does my package ship (SUBSCRIPTION ONLY)?   

We ship around the 26th of each month, and most packages are delivered between the 28th - 30th of that month. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.   

5. Where do you ship to?   

We currently ship all throughout the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. 

6. What size do your lingerie fit? 

Our Classy Female Lingerie is INCLUSIVE size XX-Small and up to 3X.  

7. Can I skip a month (SUBSCRIPTION ONLY)?   

Yes you can! You can skip a month whenever your heart desires. You can do so by doing the following: 

1. Log into your Blush Crate account 

2. Click ‘Edit’ on your list of active subscriptions 

3. Click ‘Skip Next Shipment’ (NOTE: This must be done BEFORE your next rebill date on the 15th.) 

4. ‘Confirm Change’ and you’re all set!   

8. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

 Yes. No questions asked. Simply log onto your account and select “cancel subscription. Your account is billed on the 15th of the month. If you are canceling on or after the 15th of the month, the cancellation will not take effect until the following month and your package for the month will ship as normal.   

9. How does gifting a subscription work?

Gifting a subscription is super easy. Simply select the Gift option at checkout and enter the recipients name and shipping address. You'll also have the option to include a gift message. You can select to have the subscription automatically renew until you cancel or select for it to be a one time gift .   

10. Can I order just ONE box? 

Yes! Please check out our Gift & Single Crates.  To purchase one crate only with no additional commitment, please make your purchase through our online boutique. Unfortunately, single purchase crate are not eligible for discounts, so you will pay a slight premium to the monthly subscription rate. Should you later choose to register for a subscription, don't worry, we won't send you the same crate  you purchased, provided you use the same email address in your registration.

Please note that to take advantage of subscriber rates and additional discounts, just a minimum two-crate commitment is required and your subscription will recur until cancelled. 

To sign up, click on the "purchase" link at the top of our home page and complete your registration. Please note that if your account is cancelled before the second crate is billed, any discounts applied will be charged back to your credit card. After your second crate, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the My Account page. We ask that if you choose to cancel after your second crate, that you please cancel by the last day of the month to avoid being billed for the next month - we cannot retroactively cancel crates after you have been billed. 

11. How can I cancel or pause my subscription? 

To cancel or pause your subscription, simply log into your account, click the "my subscription account" button and set your status to "cancel." It will give you a choice of a month to reactivate (if you choose to pause) or to cancel completely. If you cancel completely, you will receive an automatic confirmation email for your records. 

Should you choose to rejoin, log back in and set your status back to "active" and you will pick up where you left off!   Please be sure to cancel by the last day of the month. Once your account is billed, the order can not be cancelled.   

12. Can I return the crate if I don’t like it? 

 Due to the nature of the products we send, we are unable to accept returns on entire crate or individual products, even if unused.   

13. Do you send  crates  for reviews?  

Yes, we do send crates for review! We currently work with content creators who: 

1) have a minimum of six months blogging with regular posts on a well-maintained site 

2) write in our market or an adjacent market 

3) put "thought" into their review (versus just listing the products and values) 

4) Have a readership that matches our predominant customer demographic
