Shipping Information 

We know that sometimes you need your items quickly - whether it's for a special occasion, or just the eventful day you open the package!

We offer 3 methods of shipping - standard, expedited and next day. For standard shipping you should receive your order in 4-7 business days. Expedited shipping arrives within 2-3 business days and Next Day within 1-2 business days. Orders received prior to 11 am PST, during normal business hours, are processed the same day.

Which service do you use to ship boxes?
Standard shipping for boxes varies month by month based on where a box is going and how much it weighs. For the US, typically the USPS will make the final delivery to your door, though sometimes we use UPS. In Canada, we use MSI/Landmark as a consolidator, but UPS, Canada Post, CanPar, or another carrier will make the final delivery to your door.

Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?

For Alaska, and Hawaii we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates.

For the lower 48, if you choose Standard Shipping we are also unable to guarantee delivery dates. If you absolutely need an order by a certain date we suggest you upgrade to UPS Ground or 2-day services. Remember that delivery dates are based on the number of business days it will take to deliver from the time an order ships. So if an order ships on Thursday for a 2-day service, it will arrive Monday (assuming no holidays). From time to time there are carrier delays due to inclement weather or maintenance which are outside of our control. If a package is late for this reason, we are only able to refund the amount paid for shipping. Of course, we always accept returns for an entire package as well.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping in the lower 48 takes 4-7 days. 

For the lower 48 in the US, you are able to upgrade your ship method when checking out. We offer UPS Ground and UPS 2-day shipping in addition to our standard shipping option. We ship from Los Angeles, CA, and you can see transit times for

Please note that delivery dates are based on when a package ships. For example, if your order is expected to ship on Thursday and you choose 2-day shipping, it should arrive in two business days – which would be Monday (assuming no holidays).

Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?
Indeed. Though we need to manually set it up - shoot us an email at help@blushcrate.com and we'll make it happen.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns for all boxes and most products within 60 days of an order. For boxes, we only accept returns of the entire box, and for products, they have to be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in mint condition. There are a handful of products we can't accept returns for (sorry about that), which are so noted on the product page.

Exchanges or returns in exchange for an account credit are free. If you'd prefer a refund to your credit card, $6 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. The amount of the return will be for the value paid for the product(s) sent back minus any discounts. And unfortunately, we're unable to issue a credit or refund for shipping charges.

I love most of the items in my box, but there's one I don't want - can I return just that?
Sorry. Our gift crates come as one package, which is how we're able to offer such a great value, so we can't break out the components of a box.

How long does it take to process a return?
2-3 weeks from the time you send it back to us, usually.

What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?
